Best new restaurant in town! Our taste buds exploded with flavors from all directions! This place is a top notch Chef-5 star quality dining experience. The salad was amazing, the pork plate was truly delicious. And the dessert was super yummy! highly recommend this place. (we made reservations) I had the breakfast burrito the other morning, and was one of best burritos!
What can I say of my favorite restaurant? We come here almost weekly for our date nights and every time we are blown away not only by the food but by the service. We are treated like family, every single time, and I can’t express enough with words how good that feels. The wings are delicious, the pizzas are a work of art, the wine is always on point, this place is a culinary experience that nobody should miss. The most delicious pizza!! Sat at the counter and enjoyed watching the cooks make the pizza. Had the Mushroom and I am going back again just for the pizza. I love their Caesars Salad and it’s big enough for two to share. They have a great selection of wine now so go try it and you will not be dissatisfied. Reservations are necessary. The staff are very very cordial.
The food is only surpassed by the incredibly warm and accommodating service here. It’s like a little hidden secret in Moorpark but I want to shout about it from the rooftops! What a fun experience! We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and were lucky enough to get reservations! (This place is hopping!) They gifted him with his choice of dessert and a candle, which was such a nice touch. The menu is seasonal, so we tried a few things and none of it disappointed! Highly recommend this place for its food, vibe and fun energy!!!!
A One-of-a-Kind Restaurant with a Big Future This new restaurant is truly something special and has all the makings of a future classic. The owners are hands-on and deeply involved, supported by an amazing, attentive staff. The vibe is vibrant, the atmosphere warm and beautifully designed, and the food—absolutely delicious. The menu centers around Italian-style pizza made with sourdough and seasonal ingredients, blended with smart, creative touches from Mexican and Asian cuisines. It’s a bold and unexpected combination that works exceptionally well. What truly sets this place apart is the heart behind it. You can feel the passion and care in every detail. It’s rare in the U.S. to find a restaurant where the owners and team are so genuinely engaged—listening to guests, refining the experience, and showing real pride in their work. It makes all the difference. This is a must-visit. That said, it’s still in its early days—just a couple of months since opening—so the kitchen is still finding its rhythm. Some dishes may take a little extra time, but they never cut corners on quality. And that’s worth waiting for. While you wait, there’s a thoughtful cocktail menu to enjoy. In short: I loved this place and will absolutely be back. Big congratulations to the owners, the chef, and the entire team.
Absolutely love Hearth. The pizzas are incredible, and the dough deserves its own mention, it’s so flavorful, and clearly made with so much care. Every pizza comes out beautifully cooked and delicious. Their scallop appetizer is genuinely mind blowing and one of the best dishes I’ve had anywhere. On top of the amazing food, the service is always phenomenal. The staff is warm, attentive, and makes the whole experience feel special every time we go, which is quite often. This place is consistently EXCELLENT. Easily one of my favorite restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful birthday dinner experience, I can’t wait to go back ♥️

Feb 2026 Came here to try their breakfast. As usual, the restaurant is cozy and comfortable, but this time the smell of coffee was apparent. I ordered the Cafe De Olla and my wife got the Burnt Orange Mocha. I liked hers slightly more, but both were good. She ordered the Breakfast Torta and I got the Breakfast bowl. We each enjoyed our selection. The side of salsa Verde (with mint) was really good on both dishes. The staff are friendly as usual. Definitely worth the drive to Moorpark. Oct 2025 We found this restaurant online and had no idea that it was in a little dining and drinking ally in Moorpark. Really cool vibe. We also found the staff super friendly and chatty. We started with the Caesar salad and the Patas Bravos. "The Caesar salad was the best I've ever had" was the comment from my wife. The potatoes were excellent as well. I appreciated the clearing and resetting of the table after the appetizers. Our Mains were the Mushroom Pizza and the Seabass. The pizza was outstanding. The crust was perfect and the flavors were outstanding. I cant say the same for the seabass. I found it to be a small portion and the Indian curry sauce, while it had flavor was just not happening. I felt like everything else made me excited to eat, but I was so not impressed with the seabass flavors. (And I do like Indian foods) My wife thought it was good, but I just found it unexciting. For dessert we shared a Pie de Lima. It was a very flavorful lime tart. I loved it, but it was quite rich. We took most of it home. Our waiter was great. He explained everything and spent time with us, ensuring we felt welcome. I appreciated that he thanked me by name as we were leaving. The ambiance is very cozy. It is definitely a place I want to return to.
Really great food and service in an unlikely spot. Great to see the City of Moorpark utilizing an industrial zone for a cool restaurant. We enjoyed having three different pizzas, Hawaiian Heat, Sausage and Margarita. The bread is phenomenal especially with the butter. The service was excellent and really enjoyed having birthday here. I highly recommend this place. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
Loved this place! 💗✨ Came here for a girls’ date night and completely fell in love with it. The atmosphere is giving speakeasy vibes, making it feel cozy, intimate, and perfect for catching up with friends. They have an amazing selection of wines to choose from, along with delicious appetizers and pizzas that paired perfectly with our drinks. Everything we tried was flavorful and made the experience even better. Between the ambiance, the wine selection, and the food, this place was an absolute hit. I can’t wait to come back and try even more from the menu! 🍷🍕✨
